When a family member interferes with the home care services, how do you get them to cooperate or move the client? What about the resident that needs less care but will not leave the skilled nursing facility? Moving people back and forth along the care continuum is difficult, but must be done daily. Get some practical tips on how to move elderly along the care continuum, how to meet their needs and maintain their rights to choose their setting and their provider. Learn the legal requirements for moving a tenant from housing, or a resident from a skilled nursing facility, and how to document your great job in successful placement.
