Michelle R. Klegon is a partner and has been working with long-term care providers since 1991.  She represents several nursing home, home care and housing with services providers on a variety of issues, with an emphasis on employment law, regulatory matters and business transactions.

Ms. Klegon advises health care and housing providers on survey matters, discharge/termination issues, fair housing concerns, contract drafting and review and day-to-day business matters.  She also advises employers regarding discrimination and leave issues, policy and procedure drafting, wage and hour issues and a number of other employment law matters.
